@matigo Yes, right. Some people don’t ask questions either because of fear or I think in my experience, they think if they ask questions it’s a sign of lower performance or something
@matigo You're spot on, your blog post today. People not completing tasks either they own or being delegated has always been one of the most disappointing and frustrating thing for me for a long time. In my experience, it's not just because people are not interested in doing them, but also because they are not making an effort to keep notes and check progress, so invariably they forget what they have to deliver. There are also instances that people just agree and make commitments or over commitments which they can't meet.
@matigo Is there any chance of negotiating between the family and the day job…? Perhaps the number of nights away..? How about negotiating with the employer to take the family with you….?

@matigo That’s very optimistic and it’s a good thing. That’s said, don’t you think to give priority for features that needs completion, so that you could release v5 to bring all people from v4…?
