@matigo Here is the rationale of my decision - I’ve been in the Ops role for last 2 decades - probably a change is good! - Haven’t had much chance to think strategically, mostly due to day-To-day firefighting that come in my way. - Had to work mostly work all by myself without being able to do much delegation as my team is absent workforce [1. Shift workers] - Haven’t had much opportunity to work with systems and technology
