@matigo You sound a bit like our flight attendants that they have horizontal rest in every four hours whenever they operate ultra long haul flights more than nine hours of flight time.
They are are crew rest areas fitted with bunk beds, duvets, pillows etc. There's television and good quality noise cancelling headphones are also provided. So as pyjamas specially made for them :)
