@hazardwarning Broadly similar to ours with Goals & Competencies. Is Development Plans also a part of the Appraisal Process? Is it a computer based system? Subject of 'Competencies' is very near & dear to my heart. My Master's Dissertation was all about Competencies and I very much enjoyed doing it :)
