Just back from the bank and exchange trying to transfer funds to uni. Beside the exchange requires all sorts of documentation to be presented to them, it can take up to 4 working days - that means it will only receive in the UK bank next Tuesday September 20th due to public holidays here + weekend in the UK. Most of all bloody exchange house lady wanted to know my nationality as well!
I don't want to deal with this stress anymore. Instead wife is now going to sort out the funds transfer through another exchange.
