@matigo Okay, recording important tasks and there progress as an ongoing process and a consistent habit is a very good thing, so that both the manager & their staff will have no surprises during the interim/annual performance review.
@matigo Got it. However, if people have to record all of their tasks (ToDos) to accomplish a set of goals, then that itself is micromanaging; isn't it…?
