@matigo I feel same way in my previous job. That said, when we don’t feel like there is psychological safety, it’s hard to speak up one’s mind. I still carry that most of the time, unfortunately
@matigo It might well be. It's much better than just going with the flow and saying yes to everything! More importantly though if the organization has created a healthy environment for people to be open & honest and allow to speak out that's a good sign.
