@matigo Not sure why does it show in my profile that I'm following my self..?

So I'm not too sure while fasting skipping a meal ( lunch ) whether I'm allowed to drink coffee.? That should be acceptable I suppose..

So here I'm in the clinic, waiting to be called in by the doc. Well actually it's going to be quickie as I saw the doc yesterday without an appointment.

I need to move out from here in about 15 minutes time to make to my doctor's appointment. So far, I'm managing skipping lunch… But then again it is still 1.10pm in the afternoon

Should I just leave my bag and the IPad here and just go out for a moment..

Now I want to go out for some fresh air. But if I leave my table in this coffee shop, I will not be able to find another table when I come back. It's so full. Lots of coffee shop campers!

@matigo shouldn't it be both ways? I should follow them and they should also follow me. Then it's mutual. I think I'm okay with your thoughts anyway

I agreed with our prayer group service team guys to their request to fast a single meal in order to uplifting prayer group meeting on this coming Friday. So today is my turn and here I am thinking should I forgo lunch or dinner…
