Why doesn't galaxy connect to home Wi-Fi

Home Wi-Fi doesn't seem to be connecting to any iDevices

Wife is covering up for daddy's ? service and waiting in the car in the car park until the daughter finishes her tuition. She sends me a message

Wife: Why my office lap not getting the internet here?
Me :Where? In the car park? Coffee shop?
Wife: Inside the car
Me: I don't think my car has wireless network installed
Wife: I thought office devices works every where Connecting to office
Me: Yes, if there is a wireless network ( either Wi-Fi or 3G/4G data connection) to connect…

Silence….

Performance review went all right.Now off to the kitchen for rest of the day
