@matigo Our Performance system is a bit similar, where it gives you "Recommended"overall 'contribution' level score, based on inidividual contribution levels assigned for each of the Goals and Competencies. However, if the Manager/Supervisor wants they can over-ride the overall Recommeded contribution level.
