Dinner completed. Called a colleague who’s spouse & new born baby are apparently in the hospital being treated in ICU.
Watered the plants in the backyard. Helped wife a bit in vacuuming Stephie’s bedroom in preparation of her arrival tomorrow night. Will eat some dinner in short while and get to sleep early tonight.
Tiring evening, after being spend the whole working day in the kitchen. Exciting morning though, facilitating 1st ever formal OTJ training & development workshop for Supervisors team. Irina did a brilliant session to cover SPML and equipment servicibility checks.
The immediate feedback from the team was very postive and they’d like to have more sessions in the future. Very satisfying indeed.
Will have to leave home for work by 0530 tomorrow morning. Early start is okay though as I will be facilitating a On The Job Development Session for my team with support from Irina, which I’m looking forward to
What a day! Back & forth from HQ and Kitchen. Unstructured meetings with day’s notice. So much talk without solid next action points and deadlines agreed.
