Couple of hours spent in the kitchen was worthwhile in setting up expectations and objectives in achieving the task in hand, given short time available and the volume of data needed. data collection at the ware wash area has been decided and communicated to people in the kitchen for CAT1 & CAT2.

I think because I napped in the afternoon about 3 hours or so, sleep doesn't come right now.
Dinner completed with family. Lemon chicken, Fries and Brocolli with Olive bread was good.
Reviewed and made a few suggestions, in the “How we organize” document boss emailed this afternoon. I don't think I should email it back to him as in about 15 hours or so, he has called in a meeting to discuss the document.
