Gentleman from IT Service Center called and on the phone with me for 21 minutes trying to help me to reset my network password; but ended up saying, that I wont be able to reset the corporate network password remotely because I’m not connected to VPN. I told him, I can only connect to VPN only after I log on to the computer with my username and password, which is expired. He went on to say I can only reset the password either connecting my laptop to corporate LAN in the HQ or through VPN remotely. Call ended up without any resolution anyway. Gentleman also told me that the network password must be changed every 90 days. Oh well, I shut the laptop and put it away! ‘s wish worked :)
