First coaching session with Sabrina went well. A few things that we agreed, I got to start working in the week

  • Establish a daily routine to cover learning & growth, connections (relationships), physical fitness & spirituality

  • Journaling : maintain consistency - outcome of the experience, perhaps & how did it make me feel

  • Read at least one article in HBR or any other media
  • Call, meet someone to keep up with connections - at least 3 within the week
  • Continue with evening walks
  • Continue with family prayers
