First coaching session with Sabrina went well. A few things that we agreed, I got to start working in the week
Establish a daily routine to cover learning & growth, connections (relationships), physical fitness & spirituality
Journaling : maintain consistency - outcome of the experience, perhaps & how did it make me feel
- Read at least one article in HBR or any other media
- Call, meet someone to keep up with connections - at least 3 within the week
- Continue with evening walks
- Continue with family prayers
