Valuable insight. Pinned the post for future reference. A couple of questions though

  • Shouldn't we also focus on whose or for whom we want to solve the problem? For instance, in the case of bus example, did the client want to solve the problem customers not being able to find the bus information, did the client want to solve the problem of buses being delayed etc

  • Also, shouldn't we measure to find out how big the problem we want to resolve?
