@matigo Flight related restaurants is becoming a sort of trend with SQ 1 even went on to the extent of serving inflight food on their A380 aircraft parked on ground. I think it’s good way of giving general public an opportunity to experience what’s being served in-flight. A few other flight kitchens have also started to produce ready to eat meals for retail offering.
