Because I called the main man in-charge of domain registration authority and informed him about complex process having to go through in domain registration and in particular not receiving any response, finally they resolved the matter and domain is now registered. But they still haven't replied to my email sent 24 hours ago. NVM; I have now updated the Cloudflare name servers and all done.
