@matigo I start with keeping away from checking the emails first couple of hours in the morning and let’s see how it goes. Not that I’m indispensible, but sometimes I’d rather reply and get emails out of my way as soon as practically possible than having keep them in the inbox :)

Trying to see how long I can keep away checking the work email on the phone after woke up this morning. So far so good. Checking work email first things in the morning sometimes screw up entire morning even before get to office.
