@matigo Believe it or not, some of the emails I had sent and still waiting for responses, finally sorted out by just going personally & talking to people to get an answer
@thrrgilag Yes; very vague though, which I wasn't pleased with; but I kept quiet
So the boss sends an email on last Friday to myself + another 4 sectional heads requesting us to nominate a star performer for the month of Feb in respective functional areas. I replied on Saturday all addresses nominating a co-worker outside my team even with a brief reason for the nomination. This morning, boss acknowledging my nomination goes onto say " Thank you for sending that nomination; but this time, I'm not going to reward/recognise him…"
Church folks are meeting (again) tonight. Apparently it is to discuss the forthcoming overnight picnic. They wanted both me & wife to attend + another 15 or so. I declined as I felt there isn't much I could contribute for such a meeting.
