From now onwards, I must try to get apps that works on both iOS and Android to manage multiple devices.
@bazbt3 for security, I think ProtonMail is the one. But only on iOS. FastMail which in using really works well on both iOS and Android.

Just tried Notes feature of FastMail and I have to am impressed with how fast it syncs. I must make use of all available features on FastMail as much as I can
@height8 Yep, perhaps it's something do with O365 settings I have for work email.
@height8 No; it didn't. Both Force Stop and Unistall buttons are faded. But, Thanks for the advice

Lately, I don't get the motivation of doing any work on day job during my weekends; instead tend to spend more time here on 10C or other things. That's said, I have a couple of things pending at the day job that I need to complete & get done with.
