@matigo That's a good way to organize and structure analogue notes. What's the A5 Notebook (brand/made) you use ?
@matigo There is this app called Notability I use for handwriting on iPad, which creates it's own file name, the word Note followed by date and time the note was composed. I replace the default note, with my own.
@matigo Yes, it's also important to record notes in a meaningful and consistent style such as have a consistent naming. I do that when I save files on OneDrive like date YYYY-MM-DD- file name. Even then, it's very very hard to find a file on the go…

@matigo Totally. I've had most of embarrassing experience not being able to find and refer to past notes in front of others.
@matigo My most important requirement is to be able to add quick notes and being able to find them quick, when need be 😉

@matigo Agree, personas make sense with a single sign-on. Though it's hard to separate work and personal lives absolutely with a sharp line, I guess we all should have the capability to sperate if one wish to. I'd that make sense..
