Finally the new departmental org structure unveiled. Key take aways.
- No headcount reduction - as at present
- current JDs have been updated - will be shared on next Sunday
- No assessments to select for any new roles
- Individual Personal Development Plans to be drawn up
- Individual goals to be agreed by January 9th, 2019
Just for the record, 1st time in long time, overslept and arrived 10 minutes late in HQ. On another note, in about 45 minutes time there will be a meeting to brief the employees about much awaited new org structure, that has been in the making for last six months.
Here it is all the way from Japan… Now that I have it, looks like all the excitement has gone away. It's pretty much everything in life. It doesn't have to be so.
