Told Mrs that I wouldn't be going out with her for the lunch invite from one of our church friends in celebration of their kids birthday. In the conversation I told her about the anxiety I've been going through in the recent past and I'd rather prefer to stay away from the crowds for now. I'm glad she was very understanding and accepting this situation.

At Medcare hospital again to see Doctor Mahendra Rajan for the second time in about three weeks. I'm done wondering whether I should also tell him about the terrible anxiety I've been going through
