Mrs has thought that I'd accompany her to dinner party at her girl friend's place this evening. I don't remember that I said, I would, when she told me about it this past week. Beside, I have never met neither her friend nor the people who would be expected at the event. I had told her though I don't like to be mingle with people/crowds under the present circumstances. So, I cannot understand why, she just told me that you also have to make an effort to go for those kind of social gathering!
@hazardwarning In my case, I saw a doc two weeks ago and was put on medications. On my own, I started using an app called jour [medium.com] and it has been helping for at least some improvement.

@matigo Likewise, I don't watch TV either. Monica does though and it is 1/3 of the day1 is on. We have a little holder though that hold all sorts of remote control devices for the TV, cable box etc.
Taking out 8 hours in the day job and 6-7 hours of sleep time
@hazardwarning BTW, are you doing CBT sessions online? Are there any good resource you could recommend?

@hazardwarning Actually I don't have decent seat under the neem tree. In fact I was thinking about fixing a bench on to the wall beside the tree :)
