First time ever have drawn up a tracker in the Hobonichi Techo to track taking medicine

Pondering about life, while in the hospital during last 4-5 days and hoping to do a few incremental changes
- Not to worry too much about anything, specially about what future holds,
- Daughter will take care of her career & a job she likes when right time comes. I should not too concern about it.
- Not too think too much about work stuff and switch mind off from work stuff when at home.
- Digital minimalism.
- Build a few consistent habits - one being to drink water regularly
- Grow in spirituality, slowly but steadily
That said, I will be discharged from the hospital in the next couple of hours. But will continue antibiotics and will take some rest at home a few more days, before get back to work on next Tuesday 1

@matigo Indeed she does. Mostly occupied with her research & stuff though. We are expecting her here for Christmas in mid December:)
