@matigo Hi Good Morning Jason
// @coffeebot @coffeebot
@matigo Yep, true that, though it hasn't contributed to my usual score of number of steps walked in the kitchen :(
@matigo Never before got the idea of using a galley cart with wheels as a mobile work station. But it worked perfectly, except I always had to use the elevators to move from one floor to other, rather than stairways.
First time in about two weeks, today has been one of the most accomplished & enjoyable work day. Obviously I spent almost the entire 8 hour work day in various areas in the premium kitchen, starting from the LMI 1, flight despatch, ware wash and in the main equipment store. Sorted out another small part of an ongoing issue of usage of galley equipment for none other than it's intended use, then had to chase up the guys in the stores to find damaged soup flasks lids to send to the Supplier, sending excess oven inserts back to the store, checking dispatching headrests and most interestingly checking salt & pepper shakers with the girls

@matigo Absolutely, totally. In the middle of all of it, got along with emails too - I was moving everywhere with iPad on top of a galley cart to get the work done. Enjoyed every moment.
Last night I was in bed by 8.30pm and had 8 hours of good sleep, which helped to relax & calm down. Will now have dinner and perhaps try do the same tonight also
All dressed up, in the couch and having coffee. Almost ready to go to work. Am I really looking forward… Nah! Not really, even though there is a list of 5-6 tasks of importance to accomplish for the day - all most all in the kitchen though. I think I’d enjoy that more than slogging around in the HQ. Oh well…
