Some bastard in the kitchen has forwarded a false news from another social media about resumption of flights on WhatsApp to his internal colleagues saying, I sent the said message to him. This created a totally unnecessary uproar amongst quite a few people, which in the end I had to call and confront the person and requested him to clarify on email that it had nothing to do with me

Dear both just to clarify the request I send you using Sumudu as the source of “wrong” information’s shared was a mistake.
Sumudu name was mentioned wrongly without being the actual person that share the info.

Unfortunately on social media and on internet there are plenty of unverified information and I’m one of those , who don’t have much faith in those channels….
