@matigo There isn’t any strict rule what time of the day but it has been suggested first thing in the morning with a coffee in hand will give the opportunity for the person to do a brain dump so that it might be of help to clear the mind for rest of the day usually
Just completed writing Morning Pages for today which I failed to do first thing in the morning
