@matigo Training of people can also take time and efforts of Managers/Team Leads, who in most cases might not find spare time to train/coach their team as they them selves have to fulfill their own job responsibilities. Even if there is a dedicated training department, Managers/Team Leads cannot take away responsibility of training and coaching their teams
@matigo In this house it has mostly been Max 7-8 years. One possible reason could’ve been, in the past those whom we had employed as house help has mostly operated such appliances in the house
@matigo How would a mentoring process work? Will the people approach you individually or the company will assign mentees to you?
