@matigo Valuable insight. Pinned the post for future reference. A couple of questions though
Shouldn't we also focus on whose or for whom we want to solve the problem? For instance, in the case of bus example, did the client want to solve the problem customers not being able to find the bus information, did the client want to solve the problem of buses being delayed etc
Also, shouldn't we measure to find out how big the problem we want to resolve?

Not sure this slowness in loading Nice on iMac is something to do with my Ethernet connectivity issues or anything to do with 10C Server 🤔
@matigo There are plenary of such deadspots in this house and even after I've set up LinkSys mesh and AirPort Extreme, it is still not fully resolved.
