Looks like my iPhone is either totally frozen or completely dead all of a sudden. It doesn't respond to either any hard buttons on the phone or any touch screen app icons

Contractor(s) have left. Plumbing work house exterior has been completed. Mason work re-construction of the manholes yet to be completed. That will be tomorrow I suppose
Where is this contractor gone missing? He seems to have disappeared somewhere in the midst of work
