This evening I went to see a Ayurveda Doctor with a friend regarding my herniated disc problem. He immediately diagnosed the problem and asked me to come for massage for 10 days. Apparently it's called 'Marma Massage'
@matigo Thank you Jason. But in my own little ways, yes. Am not perfect. I was worst a few years back. I’ve come a long way and have changed myself for good.
Just back from church Easter get together at the park. I'm glad I went for that with family. Liked the fellowship, after long time.
