I got scanbot app installed on iPhone. Looks like it works better than any other scanning apps on the phone. I'm a sucker for scanning apps.

The Ayrudehic doc said the cause of my spine issue in C4/5 & C6/7 disc are due to long hours the notebook sitting in the sofa. ( seating posture really) and he toleto avoid it. So what am I going to do both at work & at home now?
