Left a message with hospital call center for Cashier to call me back. Let's see how it goes…
Looks like hospital cashier did a blunder & had overcharged me for a 'major dressing' instead of charging for 'minor dressing'. I know it's not me but insurance. Neverthelss, it is the principal what matters & no one should be overcharged.
@matigo I have byword on OS X and iOS. Does that mean any text exported to anywhere else will be ACSII ?

@matigo I don't know why? But I quite like PDFs. I want to be able to save some of the important work related emails in PDF s so to be able to search and retrieve later as and when needed.
