Apparently the boss has announced at a team meeting this morning about me taking over responsibility back for the network operations team, whom I left in July last year due to a so called realignment..
After having to deal with last minute emails in trying to put together a kitchen tour for some important group of people, I feel a bit stressed.that means it's a good time to get some sleep.
@matigo Have been reading the post thread here. Like @hazardwarning, I'm not qualified to look at @matigo's offering here in tech or infrastructure point of view. I'm purely looking at as an individual who's like to be express and share things my self among a wonderful & decent community, i as much as spam free friendly environment. So far, I've been enjoying it. I quite like the bundling the social aspect (Blurbs) with blogging, even though I'm guilty of not making full use of blogging feature here. But the potion is there for the community if they so wish to use it. From what I've seen here since I joined, Blurbs seemed to be more popular than Blogging feature, including myself. And we all know, Jason too has been giving much attention to Blurbs either improving its offering or adding enhancements for us. In my mind, as we go along, this place will grow; perhaps slowly & steadily.

@height8 Lets hope what happens else where in social networking circles do not happen here. Hoping :)

@matigo It's not only that, even those cloud based solutions like OneDrive, Google Drive. I haven't really tried iCloud though. There is this 'Documents' app I have on my iPad; but then that's not accessible from anywhere. I know, I can't have all.
It's kind of funny that in today's online Skype Session on Yammer, when the facilitator asked what social media networks participants (there were about 52 participants) are familiar with, All, but me said Facebook,Twitter,Instragram, SnapChat, Whatsapp. I was the only person who said app.net (ADN). No one else even seemed to have any clue, what that's all about. Oh, well..
It is a nightmare to find any files stored in OneDrive. Very frustrating to say the least! I'm yet to find a better file storing and management app for iOS.
Am surprised that today I haven't met any of the mangers here coming out for fresh air breaks. I'm not complaining. Sometimes, it's good to be left alone..
Looks like I have to leave the Yammer Session on Skype to go check operational thing on the air-side
