Doc checked BP is 120/80. He said that's good.
My co worker called in sick. Looks like after long time, I will be facilitating the flight attendants tour. I will have to cancel my own follow up appointment with the doc which coincide with the timings.

Changed the fund allocation of PF to more stable ones with the help of financial advisor. I'm entitled to make use of his services FOC twice a year. But I haven't done that for last year.
