I know, most of you probably don't care; but, I did a ground trial this morning on how can we load pre-chilled linen towels on the aeroplane for our Premium Cabin customers for welcome service offering on board during the summer months (June to October )
Collective Hot Towels
• Prepare towels for all customers:
• Before departure (hot/cold towels).
• Before landing (hot towels).
• At the end of the meal service on category 1, 2 and 3 flights (hot towels).
• To prepare:
• Unwrap towel pack/s.
• Fill plastic jug with 500 ml of hot/cold water.
• Empty lemon sachet into jug.
• Pour scented water evenly over towels.
• Check:
o Towels are not too wet.
o Towel temperature.
• On a small unlined silver tray put:
• Prepared towel pack.
• Towel tongs.
