We went to see a new house, that's still being built, but in its final stage of interior furnishing and stuff. Apparently it will be ready to occupy in about two to three months. We can only move in there if the landlord is willing to bring down the price.
@matigo Here is a flip answer; I'm okay with what we have on 10C and mostly enjoy! Do whatever you can to improve whenever you get time!
