Just wondering why haven't people thought of doing Bullet Journaling using digital media like, in any Notetaking/Notebooks app + Apple pencil combination. Also, no one seemed to have develop any apps for the purpose, though there are apps like Day One for long form journaling
@matigo Not sure you are aware; but Edit feature in ToDo on 10C doesn't seem to work. After adding a task note on iOS it doesn't save.

I just found out this app called Workflowy that supposedly work on any platform. I seemed to have been in existence for few years. Let's give it a try. It seems some people even use it for Bullet Journaling
