Home sweet home…

What a rather bitter experience at airports both out and back on this trip. I think there are a few lessons to be learnt for all three in the family.

Finally got out from the airport and on the taxi going home.

Finally they cleared immigration after about an hour

Immigration cleared fast. Thanks to the e-gates. Baggage have already arrived in the carousel. Now, waiting for wife and daughter to clear immigration

Landed. Almost two hours behind schedule.

Doors closed. Pushing back. See you on the other side

Flight time to Dubai this morning is four hours, climbing up to 36,000 feet. I'm hoping we will not get held up due to fog.

LVO declared in DXB due to visibility down to 1800m caused by fog.
