@jextxadore Agree. Though the idea in this case is for both my leader and me to track progress on things we agree at previous one on one meeting I guess.

I never want to pick up the home fixed phone. If any one really wants to reach me (or wife) they can call me on our cell phone IMHO.
@matigo He has one. In fact I was the one arranged from work. I think he's only using it occassionaly to check emails :)
