My boss this morning told that in the future all of his direct reportees must keep their own notes of weekly one on one meetings we have with him. Now that's not something new to me, because I've always been doing that and since last couple of months, I've actually been maintaining them digitally on my iPad using my own apps. Now the thing is, in the future he wants a printed copy of my own notes to bring along for weekly one on one meetings and give it to him, so that will be the base for the meeting. That's the part I don't like, as I've been trying to minimize paper and printing as much as practically possible and mostly have been successful. So, there you go my rant here!
