@matigo of course, it's hard to make everybody happy all the time. 10C just cannot be just an * improvement* to other similar services available. It will have to make a difference !
@matigo, Jason, here is a question for you about 10C offering; is there any way you could work around that 10C offer a itiemised service based on invidual personal requirements of the users and charge subscription accordingly? For instance, some users may want to have a UI/UX of their choice, Have Notes feature, ToDo list, syndication with other Social Media etc etc?
