Talking about food safety, I had to politely tell the lady in the ready to eat food section in the supermarket to wear her hairnet properly
That’s said, I had a good experience on the phone this morning though with a very helpful lady from Ceylon Electricity Board 1 the lady was very helpful to resolve a billing issue. I spoke with her in singlish 2
