Being in this community has helped me tremendously to be patient whenever there are issues - be it features, glitches, bugs etc.etc on IT business applications at the day job. I'm pleased that I can stay calm even if there are adhoc operational hiccups due to IT :D
I'd better get on with some work stuff until I get bored and switch over to something else :)

Whenever i take days off in the middle of the week, invariably i have to check work emails on the smartphone. More often than not they are all about fire fighting kind of emails, that i have to stop everything else and respond to.
