In browsing Google docs, found the Resume I had done 9 years ago for re-applicaton of a job during a restructure. From what was said that the re-structure update meeting yesterday, looks like this time around people do not have to re-apply for jobs. They will only have to submit applications, only of there are any new jobs come up in the organization, as a result of the new structure. However, people in managerial positions must go through an assessment process in both cases.
