@matigo So far good. Too early to say much though. Going to be 1st day in the kitchen in about 3-4 weeks.
@matigo Yes, right. Some people don’t ask questions either because of fear or I think in my experience, they think if they ask questions it’s a sign of lower performance or something
@matigo You're spot on, your blog post today. People not completing tasks either they own or being delegated has always been one of the most disappointing and frustrating thing for me for a long time. In my experience, it's not just because people are not interested in doing them, but also because they are not making an effort to keep notes and check progress, so invariably they forget what they have to deliver. There are also instances that people just agree and make commitments or over commitments which they can't meet.
