"We did not have any buffer on 10th and 17th November, did we? We had buffer arrangements on 11th November session 4, 12th November session 1, 2 & 4 and 13th November all sessions and at last 14th November sessions 1 & 2"
Make notes or not, I mostly remember even small things happen at work, if they warrant significance & importance, while people who are more closer to the subject aren't. Just read an email that sort from some one in my team and whom I expect to be thorough
