@matigo Sorry for not being able to reply earlier. I should be okay with either, as about a decade ago, I was also responsible for the function, that’s being hinted at this time around, now as a new role though. I believe In the new structure, even my current role and responsibilities has widen and expanded. That’s said there is a considerable difference in the nature of the roles, where as the current role is more focused on operations and the other more on planning.

- No headcount reduction - as at present
- current JDs have been updated - will be shared on next Sunday
- No assessments to select for any new roles
- Individual Personal Development Plans to be drawn up
- Individual goals to be agreed by January 9th, 2019
Just for the record, 1st time in long time, overslept and arrived 10 minutes late in HQ. On another note, in about 45 minutes time there will be a meeting to brief the employees about much awaited new org structure, that has been in the making for last six months.
