@matigo Yep I just had a chat now as she arrived late last night and we left for work while she was still asleep this morning. She's planning to go out for dinner with her girlfriend little later this evening.
I said:
- I've all this time and always believed in what he believed in supporting him any job given to me over last decade
- Never had asked for any promotion what so ever
- Have always obliged whatever work he had delegated to me, even if they were not preview of my role
- Have in the past performed some of the e duties included in the extended operations role in the new structure
- that I will be very upset that if he doesn't consider my request this time around…
@matigo Up date 00: though he still hasn't spoken to me formally, I got an opportunity in the passing to have a brief chat and he indicated he wants to put me for the planning role, which I deslike. I gave quick reasons from my knowledge, skills and experience that I can do better and contribute if I stay in current, but a bit extended role to which he responded that he will have to think about…
